Pull-on protective underwear fits like regular underwear and can suit people who manage their own changes. Briefs with adjustable tabs make assisted changes easier without pulling the garment over the feet.

Choose absorbency for the amount of leakage and your changing routine. Overnight options offer additional protection for nighttime needs. A higher absorbency does not replace regular checks, changes or toileting.

Bladder-control pads and men’s guards are designed for use with suitable underwear; check each product’s directions. Flow-through boosters add absorbency inside a waterproof-backed disposable brief or pull-on. Never wear a booster in regular underwear.

Measure the waist and hips and compare them with the specific product’s size chart. Sizing varies between brands. Choose a comfortable, secure fit rather than a larger size for extra absorbency.

Underpads protect bedding and seating. Wipes and cleansers support personal hygiene, moisturizers care for dry skin, and barrier products help protect against moisture. Follow the directions for each product.
